Goal

Fast Lane Sports Therapy utilizes a 3 step process to optimize your treatment and training. Regardless if you are an athlete, weekend warrior, or seeking to get out of pain and improve function, our goal incorporates a 3 step process tailored for your individual specific needs.

 

Step 1 Pain Management/Treatment

Utilizing a detailed 1-to1 history, we listen to all of your input. We incorporate different treatment modalities and techniques.

Step 1 is tailored around learning your health history and your specific needs to work towards decreasing pain to begin the recovery/rehabilitation process.

Step 2 Recovery/Rehab

Begin movement exercises or activities of daily living in a controlled and safe environment.

Step 2 is centered around building a strength and conditioning plan to solidify a foundation for performance and/or maintenance movements.

Step 3 Performance/Maintenance

In the last phase of treatment, the focus is to return the athlete or patient back to their desired goals pain free, with a plan for accountability and long term success.

Step 3 is tailored to safely return the individual back to play while educating and maintaining safe lifting techniques and motions of daily activities to empower the patient to be independent.
