policies and protocols to keep patients safe

Fast Lane Sports Therapy is staying up to date with current state and county health mandates. Your wellbeing is our highest priority. Below is a list of safe guards implemented to keep all of our patients safe.

Social Distancing and Hygiene:

  • Waiting room is limited the number of individuals allowed inside, while remaining six feet apart. Patients are encouraged to wait outside if possible until called in.

  • Patients are scheduled with space in between to allow safe entry and exit while maintaining social distancing.

  • We ask all patients upon entering to wash their hands at the designated area or utilize hand sanitizer that is provided in office.

Questionnaire and Rescheduling:

  • We kindly ask if patients are experiencing any covid related symptoms to reschedule until you have tested negative or are symptom free 2 weeks after your last symptom.

  • We kindly ask if you have to travel for work, prior to returning for a visit to obtain a negative test, or wait two weeks from the day of your return home.

  • No penalty for any last minute reschedules or cancellations. (We just ask you to inform us as soon as possible and thank you in advance)

Face Masks:

  • Masks will be worn by Dr. Tran, and we ask our patients to keep their masks on at all times inside the facilities. Mask may only be taken off when asked to do so for purposes of examinations.

  • If you have a medical exemption, please inform us prior to your visit.

  • Sanitization wipes are utilized on treatment and exercise equipment after each patient.

  • Individual face paper is utilized for each patient and discarded after your visit.
